Meet the team

• Nicole has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2019. Originally from Ontario, Nicole is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy where she took interest and attended multiple workshops and worked at clinics that allowed her to work with Pro-Can professional athletes and attended multiple outreaches to expand her horizons in the community. 
• Prior to becoming an RMT, Nicole worked as a Locum Dental Assistant for over ten years in Northern Canada & travelled the Canadian Arctic with a mobile dental team. Her love for British Columbia brought her to the Fraser Valley in 2015, and in 2024 she relocated  with her family to the Okanagan.
•    As an RMT, she believes in educating and empowering her patients on their journey toward achieving their health goals. She works with her patients to establish individualized treatment plans and offers a variety of approaches to meet your unique rehabilitation needs. Further, as a trained Dental Assistant, Nicole can uniquely support her patients through a variety of maxillofacial conditions. In her free time you can often find Nicole throwing pottery, kayaking, biking, hiking  or with her family and friends friends

• ​Yana has pursued her studies across multiple traditions of Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and remains deeply shaped by her teachers. She is grateful to the famous Japanese acupuncturist Kiiko Matsumoto for demonstrating that acupuncture can be both gentle and profoundly effective. Since 2020, her advanced studies with 88th-generation Daoist priest and physician Jeffrey Yuen have introduced her to aspects of Chinese medicine rarely addressed in modern training — approaches that engage the unseen influences on health, the imprint of lived experience, and the deeper layers of human existence that shape how illness arises and transforms. As a student of this lineage, Yana brings a quiet attentiveness to these dimensions, working not only with the physical body, but with the more subtle processes that inform a person’s healing trajectory.

• Her studies have allowed Yana to specialize in treatments for pain, integrative oncology, gastrointestinal issues, chronic conditions, women’s health, mental-emotional issues, geriatrics, and more.

• Committed to providing the highest standard of care, she has actively pursued advanced post-graduate education, expanding her expertise into the specialized fields of acupuncture, women’s health, sports medicine, and neurology. By continuously integrating these diverse disciplines into her practice, she ensures a comprehensive approach that allows her to better address the unique and evolving needs of her patients.
